August 2025 brought some major changes: I completed my time working with the NHS, and with that comes a real sense of freedom to embrace whatever comes next—more about that below. I also achieved my ADHD coaching certification, a formal recognition of the extensive experience I’ve gathered coaching over the last 20 years or so.
One of the main takeaways from the ADHD coaching course was the value of practical experience. Although it was helpful to consolidate my knowledge, write up case studies, and reflect on my work - what stood out most was the feedback I've received from neurodiverse clients over the years, the tools we used, and the progress we made together.
I realised just how flexible and client-centred my approach has become. Many times, when reflecting on my practice, my answer had to be “it depends”—because every client’s needs are different.
So, as a Neurodivergent Support, I’m happy to offer my support—please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
And I've partnered with Dr Sue Egan of Suicide Grief Support as part of REBUILD: A Community for Suicide Loss Survivors. I offer sessions at REBUILD EMDR retreats.
If you've lost someone to suicide keep checking in with your wellbeing - you are likely to be experiencing trauma, as a result of your experience and burnout just by trying to cope and push through. Don't be afraid to reach out to a trauma informed coach, be mindful of the support you need and take some time out for self-care.
